2.11 CUSTOMER DELIVERY

2.11.1 Guidelines

It is the Dealer's responsibility to ensure a proper delivery of the vehicle to the customer as per the “Vehicle Handover” section. All vehicles must conform to a high appearance and performance standard at the time of delivery regardless of when the Pre-Delivery Inspection was performed.

• The Sales Department must complete the Quality Delivery Assurance. The Dealer:
• must complete and sign the checklist,
• must obtain the customer signature on the checklist,
• must retain a copy of the checklist in the New Vehicle Sales File,
• must give a copy of the checklist to the customer.
