SECTION 2 CARRIER DROP-OFF & NEW CAR DELIVERY
2.8 INVOICING AND CREDITS
2.8.4 Mis-invoiced Equipment
Where:
- Standard equipment has been invoiced as optional equipment; or
- the option was selected when ordering and where the invoice does not reflect that option; or
- the vehicle qualified for a certain value option discount, but only received the lesser value option discount; or
- the Dealer was invoiced for an option not ordered or received; or
- any other invoicing queries
Please contact Warranty Operations Helpdesk for all invoicing concerns. Outline the mis-invoiced concern clearly and attach a scanned copy of the invoice, along with any other relevant details NSC (National Sales Company), Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgment, buyer’s order, etc.) on the first contact in order to expedite correction. If the request is not valid, the Dealer will be notified of the reason why. In some instances, requests may require additional review by the Controller’s Office for “exception payments”, or may be referred to other activities (e.g., NBAO claims). Where the request is valid, a new invoice will be issued. Response time is normally three (3) business days from the date of first contact.
