5.3.6 Claims Measured on the Warranty Dealer Dashboard

The DAS metrics Repair Cost Variance and Potential Repeat Repair use a subset of claim types for measurement (listed below); all warranty claim types are used for the remaining DAS metrics.

Note: The measured Claim Types may be changed at the discretion of the Company. Any change in Measured Claim Types will be formally notified to Dealers.

Any claims raised to Ford under any claim type will continue to be subject to the terms of the Ford Dealer Agreement, should be compliant with the Warranty and Policy Manual, and will be subject to Disallowance during the Warranty Counselling Process action.
