A.3 WARRANTY COVERAGES

A.3.1 Coverage Summary Introduction

A.3.1.1 Warranty Responsibility

In accordance with provisions of the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement and this Manual, Dealers are required to provide warranty and policy service (e.g., Warranty, ESP/ESC, and Field Service Actions) for all vehicles they are franchised to sell, and for all Company Products they are authorized to service. Owners of Ford vehicles are recommended but not required to return to their selling Dealer for warranty service but must take their vehicles to an authorized Ford Dealer/ Sub-Dealer / Service Agents for warranty repairs.
