A.3.28 Reacquired Vehicles (RAVs)
A.3.28.1 Overview
A reacquired vehicle (RAV) is a vehicle repurchased by a Ford Motor Company Dealer with financial assistance from Ford as a result of an internal Ford review.

- To discuss the possibility of offering a vehicle replacement, no cost changeover or full refund, please submit a RAV request via the CRC RAV Mailbox
- To discuss administration of an RAV transaction or to discuss the inventory status of an RAV (e.g., transport arrangements, repair instructions, disclosure status, etc.), Dealers are to contact the CRC Dealer Line or submit an email
- All other RAV queries should be directed to the CRC Dealer Line
- Escalations should be made directly through your Regional Manager
