4.3.5 Reopening a Field Service Action (FSA)
To request that a Field Service Action on a specific vehicle be reopened, contact the Recall Administrator listed on the FSA Bulletin, or contact the Warranty Operations helpdesk. If the FSA was closed due to a Claim submitted in error, that Claim must be Reversed prior to contacting the Recall Administrator or the Warranty Operations Helpdesk.
