4.4.2 Ford In-Warranty Loaner and Alternative Transportation Program
The In-Warranty Loaner and Alternative Transportation Program provides mobility assistance for customers with vehicles requiring a warrantable repair. Ford has enhanced the Loaner policy to enable Ford customers the opportunity for a Loaner if their vehicle is in for a qualifying service under the Ford New Vehicle Limited Warranty. In addition, the Alternative Transportation Program provides additional mobility options such as shuttle, taxi, ride share or public transit. All Ford Dealerships may use these programs for Ford-branded vehicles.
