5.3.10 Dealer progression to the next Step in the Four (4) Step Warranty Counselling Process
If a Dealer's GWMS report shows warranty performance deterioration within 12 months of the last action, they will re-enter the WCP at the next step following the point they exited (i.e., Step 3 if the last action was a Step 2 Warranty Root Cause Review).
