A.1 DEALERSHIP ADMINISTRATION
A.1.5 Part Retention – non-Parts Status Report (All Dealers)
Certain other parts must also be retained, but the individual part disposition instructions will not be posted on the Parts Status Report. These parts include:
IMPORTANT: LEGAL PARTS - Parts from vehicles involved in an accident or fire, personal injury, and/or
property damage MUST NOT be scrapped until authorized by the Company. (For additional information, refer to Accident Claim).
NOTE: Ford and Lincoln dealers are responsible for the appropriate legal disposal / recycling of warranty materials labelled hazardous (including batteries) that are issued scrap disposition.
